European Union (EU)* : Impending Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Peroxosulphates (Persulphates) Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 380/2007 of 11 October 2007, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of peroxosulphates (persulphates) originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. DETAILS

2. Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of peroxosulphates (persulphates) originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China has been imposed since 12 October 2007. The current rate of duty is 71.8% of the net, free-at-Community-frontier price before duty (except for 2 companies whose individual duty rates are 0% and 24.5%).
 

3. Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in section 2 of the notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire on 12 October 2012.
