DETAILS

2. Under the GSP scheme, the EU accords tariff preferences to a range of agricultural and industrial products originating in developing economies. The current one applies until 31 December 2011. Besides, some necessary technical amendments are made to the current scheme to ensure coherence and continuity in the operation. The regulation shall enter into force on 20 June 2011.
