European Union (EU)* : Regulations on Plastic Materials and Articles Intended to Come into Contact with Foodstuffs

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 96/2011 dated 7 February 2011, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Regulation to amend Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 to reflect the restriction of the use of Bisphenol A in plastic infant feeding bottles introduced by Directive 2011/8/EU.
