Dear Sirs,

Commercial Information Circular No. 601/2010

European Union (EU)* : Results of an Anti-dumping Proceeding Concerning Imports of Ironing Boards limited to one Chinese Exporting Producer and a Review of the Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Ironing Boards Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 498/2009 of 2 October 2009, the Council of the EU has published two regulations announcing the decisions to (i) exclude one Chinese exporting producer, Since Hardware (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd (Since Hardware) from the definitive anti-dumping measure imposed on imports of ironing boards originating in the Mainland of China since 27 April 2007, in order not to make Since Hardware fall under two anti-dumping proceedings at the same time; and (ii) impose a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of ironing boards originating in the Mainland of China produced by Since Hardware following a review of the anti-dumping measures on Since Hardware. The regulations can be accessed through the following links :
