European Union (EU)* : Notice of Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Certain Finished Polyester Filament Fabrics originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 176/2010 of 26 April 2010, the European Commission (the Commission) has published a notice to announce the expiry of the anti-dumping measures on the imports of certain finished polyester fabrics originating in the Mainland of China. DETAILS

  2. Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain finished filament fabrics originating in the Mainland of China has been imposed since 17 September 2005. Subsequent to a re-investigation, the rate of duty was revised to 74.8% of the net free-at-Community-frontier price before duty (except for 46 companies with individual duty rates ranging from 14.1% to 74.8%) with effect from 22 September 2007.
     

  3. In the absence of further request for expiry review, the anti-dumping duty on the product concerned will expire on 17 September 2010.
