France : Ban on Babies' Bottles containing Bisphenol A

The National Assembly of France has adopted a law for the suspension of trading in babies' bottles containing bisphenol A. With immediate effect, the manufacture, import, export and marketing of babies bottles made with bisphenol A, whether for sale or free of charge, is suspended until the French agency for food safety adopted a justified opinion authorising these operations.
