Turkey: Imposition of an Anti-dumping Duty on Imports of Tempered Glass Lids Originating in,inter alia, Hong Kong

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 657/2008 of 24 December 2008, the Undersecretariat of the Prime Ministry for Foreign Trade of Turkey (the Undersecretariat) has announced the imposition of the anti-dumping duty on imports of tempered glass lids originating in, inter alia, Hong Kong. BACKGROUND

  1. The Undersecretariat initiated the proceeding on the basis of a complaint lodged by Ugurlu Oto Cam San.Tic.Ltd.Şti and Ufuk Metal San. Tic.Ltd.Şti. It was alleged that the product concerned was being imported at dumping prices, thereby causing material injury to the domestic industry.
