European Union (EU)* : Classification of Padded Waistcoats in the Combined Nomenclature (CN)

The European Commission has adopted the Commission Regulation (EU) No. 246/2010 concerning the classification of padded waistcoats in its commodity classification system, the Combined Nomenclature (CN). The Regulation specifies that CN codes 6101, 6102, 6201 and 6202 should also include padded waistcoats despite the fact that they have no sleeves.
