European Union (EU)* : Impending Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Sulphanilic Acid Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 68/2004 of 13 March 2004, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of sulphanilic acid originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. A copy of the notice is at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
DETAILS
- Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of sulphanilic acid originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China has been imposed since 26 July 2002. The duty rate was revised on 13 February 2004 subsequent to a reinvestigation. The current duty in force is 33.7% of the net, free-at-Community-frontier price before duty.
- Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in section 2 of the attached notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire on 26 July 2007.
