European Union (EU)* : Classification of Certain Goods in the Combined Nomenclature
The European Commission has adopted a corrigendum to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 729/2004 concerning the classification of certain goods in its commodity classification system, the Combined Nomenclature (CN). The corrigendum stipulates the CN classification of certain goods to ensure uniform application of the CN by Member States' customs authorities. The goods concerned are certain egg-shaped finials, hand-operated mills and set thereof, as well as walker-rollator which is designed to assist persons who have difficulty in walking.
