European Union (EU)* : Classification of Certain Goods in the Combined Nomenclature

The European Commission (EC) has adopted a Regulation concerning the classification of certain goods in its commodity classification system, the Combined Nomenclature (CN). The Regulation stipulates the CN classification of certain skimmed-milk powder to ensure uniform application of the CN by Member States' customs authorities. Details are set out in Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1887/2003, a copy of which is attached (pdf format)to this circular for reference.
