The Mainland of China : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of Spirits Obtained by Distilling Grape Wine in Containers Holding Less Than 200 Liters (Usually Called Brandy) Originating in the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 1/2024 on 5 Janaury 2024, announcing initiation of anti-dumping investigation against imports of spirits obtained by distilling grape wine in containers holding less than 200 liters (usually called brandy) originating in the European Union. The tariff code of the product concerned is 2208 2000. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
