Commercial Information Circular No. 332/2024

The Mainland of China : "Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China"

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued on 26 April 2024 the "Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China", which will take effect concurrently with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Customs Duties" on 1 December 2024. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only). Its annex can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Finance at https://gss.mof.gov.cn/gzdt/zhengcefabu/202404/t20240426_3933656.htm.
