The Mainland of China : "Law of the People's Republic of China on Customs Duties"

The Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress passed on 26 April 2024 the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Customs Duties" (Customs Duties Law), which will take effect on 1 December 2024. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the full text (available in Chinese only).

2.For the "Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China" which is attached to the Customs Duties Law, please refer to CIC No. 332/2024 dated 29 April 2024 for details.
