The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Resorcin (M-dihydroxybenzene) from Japan

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 9/2024 on 22 March 2024 announcing the review of anti-dumping measures against imports of resorcin (m-dihydroxybenzene) from Japan. The tariff code of the product concerned is 2907 2100. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.Interested parties may register with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce to participate in the review of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 22 March 2024).

3.For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC No. 224/2019 dated 27 March 2019.
