The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Potato Starch from the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 4/2024 on 5 February 2024, announcing the review of anti-dumping measures against imports of potato starch from the European Union. The tariff code of the product concerned is 1108 1300. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.Interested parties may register with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce to participate in the review of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 5 February 2024).

3.For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC No. 109/2019 dated 8 February 2019.
