The Mainland of China : Amended "Catalogues of Prohibited and Restricted Technology Export"

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China jointly promulgated on 21 December 2023 the amended "Catalogues of Prohibited and Restricted Technology Export", which took effect on the date of promulgation. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the catalogues (available in Chinese only).
