Commercial Information Circular No. 924/2023

The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures of Foshan Municipality Concerning the Implementation of Financial Subsidies Related to Preferential Individual Income Tax Policies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Amended in 2023)"

Four government departments including the Foshan Finance Bureau jointly issued on 19 December 2023 the "Administrative Measures of Foshan Municipality Concerning the Implementation of Financial Subsidies Related to Preferential Individual Income Tax Policies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Amended in 2023)", which took effect on the date of promulgation till 31 December 2027. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the measures (available in Chinese only).
