The Mainland of China : "Provisions on Administration of Emergency Use of Medical Devices (Trial)"

Three government departments including the National Medical Products Administration jointly issued on 23 November 2023 the "Provisions on Administration of Emergency Use of Medical Devices (Trial)", which took effect on the date of promulgation. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the provisions (available in Chinese only).
