Commercial Information Circular No. 786/2023

The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on "Certain Measures of the Authority of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Municipality, the Nanshan District People's Government and the Bao'an District People's Government for Promoting the High Quality Development of Cross-boundary E-commerce (Consultation Draft)"

The Authority of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Municipality is seeking comments from the public on "Certain Measures of the Authority of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Municipality, the Nanshan District People's Government and the Bao'an District People's Government for Promoting the High Quality Development of Cross-boundary E-commerce (Consultation Draft)". Interested parties can submit their comments before 20 November 2023. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
