The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued on 27 September 2023 the "Notice Concerning Relevant Issues for Formulating the List of Advanced Manufacturing Enterprises Eligible for Enjoying Additional Input Value-added Tax Credit Policy in 2023". Enterprises applying for inclusion in the list should register on the website of "Administration of Recognition of New and High-tech Enterprises" (http://www.innocom.gov.cn/) (available in Chinese only) to submit their applications before 12 October 2023. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
