The Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration jointly issued on 22 September 2023 the "Notice Concerning Continued Implementation of Preferential Policies of Real Estate Tax and Urban and Township Land Use Tax for Wholesale Markets of Agricultural Products and Farmers' Markets", which takes effect till 31 December 2027.
