The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Relevant Issues for Formulating the List of Machine Tool Enterprises Eligible for Enjoying Additional Input Value-added Tax Credit Policy in 2023

Three government departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued on 11 September 2023 the "Notice Concerning Relevant Issues for Formulating the List of Machine Tool Enterprises Eligible for Enjoying Additional Input Value-added Tax Credit Policy in 2023", which took effect on the date of promulgation. Enterprises applying for inclusion in the list should submit their applications through the application system (http://www.gymjtax.com) (available in Chinese only) on 10 October 2023. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
