The Mainland of China : "Provision of Standardised Application of the 'Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution' and the 'Measures for Administration of Environmental Information Disclosure by Enterprises in Accordance with the Law' in Discretion of Ecological and Environmental Administrative Punishment in Guangzhou"

The Guangzhou Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau promulgated on 11 January 2023 the "Provision of Standardised Application of the 'Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution' and the 'Measures for Administration of Environmental Information Disclosure by Enterprises in Accordance with the Law' in Discretion of Ecological and Environmental Administrative Punishment in Guangzhou", which took effect from the date of promulgation for 4 years.
