Three government departments including the Guangdong Provincial Tax Service, State Taxation Administration is seeking comments from the public on the "Discretion Standards for Tax-related Administrative Penalties under the Tax Systems of Guangdong Province and Shenzhen Municipality (Consultation Draft)".
