The Mainland of China : "Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Extension of the Twelfth Exclusion List Related to Additional Tariffs on US Products"

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued on 11 September 2023 the "Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Extension of the Twelfth Exclusion List Related to Additional Tariffs on US Products" (the notice). From 16 September 2023 to 30 April 2024, the Mainland China would continue not to impose additional tariffs on relevant US products listed in the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only). Its Annex can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Finance at https://gss.mof.gov.cn/gzdt/zhengcefabu/202309/t20230913_3906830.htm.
