Commercial Information Circular No. 499/2023

The Mainland of China : "Provisions on Administration of the Labels of Traditional Chinese Medicines (Decoction Pieces)"

The National Medical Products Administration issued on 12 July 2023 the "Provisions on Administration of the Labels of Traditional Chinese Medicines (Decoction Pieces)", which will take effect on 1 August 2024. Pursuant to the provisions, the labeling of shelf life will take effect on 1 August 2025. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the provisions (available in Chinese only).
