The Mainland of China : "Implementation Rules for Certain Measures of Guangzhou Development District (Huangpu District) for Further Supporting the Development and Expansion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises"

Four government departments including the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Huangpu District of Guangzhou Municipality jointly issued on 1 June 2023 the "Implementation Rules for Certain Measures of Guangzhou Development District (Huangpu District) for Further Supporting the Development and Expansion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", which took effect on the date of promulgation till 30 January 2026. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the implementation rules (available in Chinese only).
