The State Administration for Market Regulation issued on 29 May 2023 the "Administrative Measures for Market Regulation Industry Standards" and the "Implementation Rules for the Formulation and Administration of Market Regulation Industry Standards", which took effect on the date of promulgation. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the administrative measures and the implementation rules (available in Chinese only).
