Commercial Information Circular No. 415/2023

India : Initiation of anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of printed circuit boards originating in or exported from the Mainland of China and Hong Kong - Extension of Timeline for Filing Questionnaire Response

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 387/2023 issued by the Department on 7 June 2023, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India (hereafter referred to as the Indian Authority) published a notification dated 22 June 2023 announcing the extension of timeline for one week, i.e. from 23 June 2023 to 30 June 2023, for filing questionnaire responses in anti-dumping investigation against imports of printed circuit boards originating in or exported from the Mainland of China and Hong Kong. No request for further extension of time would be considered by the Indian Authority. The notification is available at the following link -

2.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province at +86-20-3881 9797 for any enquiries. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
