The State Administration for Market Regulation of the People's Republic of China promulgated on 15 May 2023 the amended "Implementation Guidelines on Third-party Assessments of the Review System for Fair Competition", which took effect from the day of promulgation. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the guidelines (available in Chinese only).
