The Ministry of Emergency Management issued on 14 April 2023 the "Criteria for Identifying Hidden Dangers of Major Accidents in Industry and Trade Enterprises", which will take effect on 15 May 2023. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the criteria (available in Chinese only).
