The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Photographic Paper and Paper Board from the European Union, the United States and Japan
The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 10/2023 on 22 March 2023, announcing the review of anti-dumping measures against imports of photographic paper and paper board from the European Union, the United States and Japan. The tariff codes of the product concerned are 37031010, 37032010 and 37039010. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
2.Interested parties may register with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce to participate in the review of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 22 March 2023).
