Five government departments including the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued on 17 March 2023 the "Notice Concerning Relevant Requirements for Accomplishing the Formulation Work of the List of Integrated Circuit Enterprises or Projects and Software Enterprises Eligible for Enjoying Preferential Tax Policies in 2023", which took effect on the date of promulgation.
