The Mainland of China : "Implementation Measures of the Emergency Management System of Shenzhen Municipality on Classified and Graded Administrative Law Enforcement Related to Production Safety"

The Emergency Management Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality issued on 9 December 2022 the "Implementation Measures of the Emergency Management System of Shenzhen Municipality on Classified and Graded Administrative Law Enforcement Related to Production Safety", which took effect on 1 January 2023 for three years.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the implementation mearures (available in Chinese only).
