The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Implementation of the Administration of Compulsory Product Certification for Products Including Lithium-ion Battery

The State Administration for Market Regulation issued on 14 March 2023 the "Notice Concerning Implementation of the Administration of Compulsory Product Certification for Products Including Lithium-ion Battery" under which relevant products that have failed to obtain the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) certificates and do not bear the CCC marks should not be allowed to leave the factory, be sold, imported or used in the course of any business activity starting from 1 August 2024. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
