The Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangdong Province issued on 8 March 2023 the "Notice Announcing Characteristic Coefficient Values Relating to Sampling Measurement of Taxable Pollutant Emissions under Environmental Protection Tax for Certain Sectors", which took effect on the date of promulgation for 5 years.
