Commercial Information Circular No. 189/2023

The Mainland of China : "Rules of the Implementation Measures of the Huangpu District of Guangzhou Municipality and the Guangzhou Development District for Further Supporting Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Hong Kong and Macao Youth"

Nine government departments including the Guangzhou Huangpu District Science and Technology Bureau jointly issued on 17 February 2023 the "Rules of the Implementation Measures of the Huangpu District of Guangzhou Municipality and the Guangzhou Development District for Further Supporting Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Hong Kong and Macao Youth", which took effect on the date of promulgation till 21 August 2025. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the rules (available in Chinese only).
