The Mainland of China : Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Extension of the Tenth Exclusion List Related to Additional Tariffs on US Products

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued on 13 February 2023 the "Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Extension of the Tenth Exclusion List Related to Additional Tariffs on US Products" (the notice). From 16 February 2023 to 15 September 2023, the Mainland China would continue not to impose additional tariffs on relevant US products listed in the Annex of the notice as countermeasures to US Section 301 measures. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only). Its Annex can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Finance at http://gss.mof.gov.cn/gzdt/zhengcefabu/202302/t20230215_3866623.htm.
