The General Administration of Customs, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued on 26 December 2022 the "Notice Concerning Full Implementation of Interconnection Network Verification for Three Certificates Including 'Certificate of Import Tariff Rate Quotas for Agricultural Products of the People's Republic of China'", which took effect on 1 January 2023.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
