Commercial Information Circular No. 128/2023

India : Initiation of anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of printed circuit boards originating in or exported from the Mainland of China and Hong Kong - Extension of timeline for filing comments and questionnaire response

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 60/2023 issued by the Department on 16 January 2023, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India (hereafter referred to as the Indian Authority) published a notification dated 27 January 2023 announcing the extension of timeline in anti-dumping investigation against imports of printed circuit boards originating in or exported from the Mainland of China and Hong Kong. Details are set out as follows -

1. Extension of time for providing comments on the product under consideration or product control numbers to 21 February 2023 and;
2. Extension of time for filing questionnaire response by three weeks from the date of finalization of product control numbers¹.
