The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Polyformaldehyde Copolymer from Korea, Thailand and Malaysia

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 29/2022 on 23 October 2022, announcing the review of anti-dumping measures against imports of polyformaldehyde copolymer from Korea, Thailand and Malaysia. The tariff codes of the product concerned are 3907 1010 and 3907 1090. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.Interested parties may register with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of MOC to participate in the said review of anti-dumping measures within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 23 October 2022).

3.For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC No. 916/2017 dated 25 October 2017.
