The General Office of the People's Government of Hainan Province issued on 16 September 2022 the "Action Plan of the Hainan Province for Coordinating the Epidemic Prevention and Control, and Economic Recovery and Boost" and "Special Measures of the Hainan Province for Stabilising the Economy, and Assisting in the Relief and Development of Enterprises (2.0 Version)", which took effect on the date of promulgation till 31 December 2022.
