The Mainland of China : "Notice Concerning Certain Issues Related to the Transfer of Four Government Non-tax Revenues (Including Incomes from Transfer of State-owned Land Use Rights) to the Taxation Departments for Collection" by Guangdong Province

Four government departments including the Guangdong Provincial Tax Service, State Taxation Administration jointly issued on 20 December 2021 the "Notice Concerning Certain Issues Related to the Transfer of Four Government Non-tax Revenues (Including Incomes from Transfer of State-owned Land Use Rights) to the Taxation Departments for Collection", which took effect on 1 January 2022.
