The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on the Countervailing Investigation against Imports of Certain Monoalkyl Ethers of Ethylene Glycol and Propylene Glycol Originating in the United States

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 4/2022 on 10 January 2022, announcing the final ruling on the countervailing investigation against imports of certain monoalkyl ethers of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol originating in the United States. The tariff codes of the product concerned are 2909 4400 and 2909 4990. Please refer to Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
