The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Dispersion Unshifted Single-Mode Optical Fiber from Japan and Korea

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 47/2021 on 31 December 2021, announcing the review of anti-dumping measures against imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from Japan and Korea. The tariff code of the product concerned is 9001 1000. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.Interested parties may register with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce to participate in the review of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 31 December 2021).
