The Mainland of China : Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Extension of the Sixth Exclusion List Related to Additional Tariffs on US Products
The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued on 24 December 2021 the "Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Extension of the Sixth Exclusion List Related to Additional Tariffs on US Products". From 26 December 2021 to 31 December 2021, the Mainland China would continue not to impose additional tariffs on relevant US products listed in the "Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Extension of the Second Exclusion List Related to Additional Tariffs on US Goods" and the "Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Extension of the Fourth Exclusion List Related to Additional Tariffs on US Products" as countermeasures to US Section 301 measures. From 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022, the Mainland China would continue not to impose additional tariffs on relevant US products listed in the Annex of the subject notice as countermeasures to US Section 301 measures.
