Commercial Information Circular No. 830/2021

The Mainland of China : "Interim Regulations on the Administration for Importing Urgently Needed Clinical Drugs and Medical Devices from Hong Kong and Macao to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area of Guangdong Province"

Ten government departments including the Guangdong Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued on 25 August 2021 a notice concerning the "Interim Regulations on the Administration for Importing Urgently Needed Clinical Drugs and Medical Devices from Hong Kong and Macao to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area of Guangdong Province", which took effect on the date of promulgation for three years.
