The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Further Regulating the Labels and Signs on Infant Formula Milk Powder Products

The State Administration for Market Regulation issued on 12 November 2021 the "Notice Concerning Further Regulating the Labels and Signs on Infant Formula Milk Powder Products". Regarding the application for formula registration of infant formula milk powder products, this notice has been implemented since the promulgation date of this notice. The labels and signs on the relevant products produced on and after 22 February 2023 should fulfil the requirements as stipulated in this notice, and the products produced before that date could be sold until the end of their respective warranty period. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
