The Mainland of China : Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council Concerning Extension of the Fifth Exclusion List Related to Additional Tariffs on US Products

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued on 16 September 2021 the "Notice Concerning Extension of the Fifth Exclusion List Related to Additional Tariffs on US Products". From 17 September 2021 to 16 April 2022, the Mainland China would continue not to impose additional tariffs on relevant US products as countermeasures to US Section 301 measures. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
